YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy & enquiries

How Karnesh Shastri’s website handles your consultation enquiries and contact information.

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy describes the default website implementation supplied with this project. The website owner should verify the recipient mailbox, hosting and retention practices before publishing, and review the policy whenever analytics, a CRM or advertising pixels are introduced.

1. Information you choose to share

The consultation form asks for your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, service topic, country and an optional description of your concern. Please avoid sharing confidential medical records, financial credentials or identification documents through the form.

2. What happens when you submit

After you select Submit Your Enquiry, the website validates your submission and sends the details through an authenticated SMTP mail provider to the site owner’s designated consultation inbox. A success message appears only after the outgoing email server has accepted the message; final inbox delivery also depends on the mail provider and its spam filtering. The default implementation does not save enquiry content to a website database. You can choose to contact us on WhatsApp separately.

3. Calls and WhatsApp

Telephone links open your device's dialler where supported. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web, depending on your device and settings. The site cannot control the privacy or availability of these third-party services.

4. External media and fonts

This design uses Google Fonts, Font Awesome from a content-delivery network, and selected Pexels stock photographs. When loaded, these providers may receive standard technical requests such as your IP address and user agent. Your hosting provider may also keep normal security and access logs.

5. Analytics and advertising

This PHP version does not install Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or cookies for marketing tracking. It exposes optional event names for future analytics integration. The owner must update this policy and add any legally required consent controls before enabling tracking.

6. Retention, requests and future integrations

Enquiry content is not stored in the website database in the supplied implementation. Emails containing enquiries are retained by the recipient’s email provider according to the owner’s mailbox retention policy; contact the website owner to ask about access or deletion. Basic security throttling may temporarily store a hashed network identifier and request count to limit spam. The website owner must determine applicable privacy notices, retention periods and international data-transfer safeguards before collecting live enquiries.

7. How to get in touch

For questions about your consultation enquiry, use the telephone contact link or WhatsApp.

Note: This is a factual starter disclosure for the downloadable implementation, not legal advice or a complete jurisdiction-specific compliance assessment.
